At Sunflower & Sage we embrace the mind/body connection and look to improve both your physical and mental/emotional well being.

In the 20+ years of my massage therapy experience I have sought out education, training, and mastery in both ancient healing and cutting edge treatment modalities. 

 

During your appointment we will address your goals for today's unique session; I am happy to utilize your preferred massage therapy modality or I can intuitively select the treatment your body needs based on how your body is responding today.

 

My private home massage studio was created to be a safe space for humans of every size, shape, color, ability, and gender.  Every person deserves access to a great massage.

I'm originally from upstate New York, I've been living here in Salem since 1999 with my husband and two teen kiddos.  You'll also be able to meet my sweet dog Colby; he likes to say hello as well as see you off after your appointment.

I always love to talk travel, art & crafting, food, and any of your local short hike recommendations!  I also understand the healing power of silence; resting and recharging are a priority, there's no pressure or expectation to talk during your massage.
